Our Rescue & Recovery policy is designed to keep you moving if your vehicle breaks down, won’t start at home, or needs recovery during a journey. Cover is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, giving you dependable support whenever you need it.

What’s included

  • 24/7 UK roadside assistance – help at the roadside, anytime, anywhere in the UK
  • Nationwide UK recovery – onward recovery if your vehicle can’t be fixed locally
  • Local towing – recovery to a nearby repairer up to 25 driving miles
  • Callout from home – assistance even if your vehicle won’t start on your driveway
  • Mis-fuelling cover (UK) – help if the wrong fuel is added
  • Caravan & trailer cover – attached caravans or trailers included
  • Emergency driver (UK) – support if you’re unable to continue driving
  • Alternative transport – options to help you complete your journey
  • Overnight accommodation – where repairs can’t be completed the same day
  • PAYG assistance following an accident (UK)
  • Message relay – keeping others informed if you’re delayed

European cover (Platinum UK+)

For customers travelling abroad, extended cover includes:

  • European roadside assistance & recovery
  • Replacement parts while in Europe
  • Temporary repairs following break-ins
  • Vehicle repatriation to the UK if required

Cover is provided in partnership with International Breakdown Ltd t/a National Breakdown. Terms, conditions, exclusions and benefit limits apply. Full policy wording is available on request.
