Prestige Vehicle Cover is our highest level of cover, offering extensive protection for all mechanical and electrical components, with generous labour rates and added premium benefits.

What’s Covered

Prestige provides comprehensive cover for all mechanical and electrical parts, including wear and tear subject to age and mileage limits.

Coverage may include key components such as:

  • All mechanical and electrical components
  • Advanced driver assistance & comfort systems (where factory fitted)
  • Wear & tear cover on included parts
  • Parts, labour and VAT up to your claim limit
  • Labour rates up to £200 per hour (inc. VAT)
  • Diagnosis time (up to 2 hours as part of a valid claim)
  • European cover for up to 60 days per year

What’s Not Covered

The following are excluded:

  • Routine servicing and maintenance items (filters, fluids, plugs, belts, tyres)
  • Wear & tear once the vehicle exceeds 10 years or 100,000 miles
  • Bodywork, paint, trim, upholstery and cosmetic items
  • Glass (windscreens, windows, sunroofs and panoramic roofs)
  • Batteries, exhausts and serviceable consumable
  • Pipes, hoses, fixings, wiring damage (e.g. corrosion, water or rodent damage)
  • Wheels and tyres
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect or unauthorised modifications
  • Pre-existing faults or manufacturer recalls

Added Prestige Benefits

  • Vehicle hire if repairs exceed 8 hours (up to 7 days, prior approval required)
  • European cover for added peace of mind when travelling
  • Consequential damage cover where a covered failure causes another covered component to fail

Making a Claim

  1. Contact our claims team as soon as a fault occurs
  2. Use a VAT-registered repairer
  1. Repairs must be authorised before work begins

  • Fixed-term policies that do not auto-renew
