We offer two levels of commercial truck warranty, designed to protect against unexpected mechanical or electrical failure. Whether you want targeted driveline protection or full vehicle peace of mind, there’s a cover to suit your operation.
Truck Driveline Cover
Focused protection for the core working components of your truck. Driveline Cover protects the main systems that keep your vehicle moving. It’s ideal for operators who want essential protection without the cost of full comprehensive cover.
What’s covered:
- Engine – internal components including crankshaft, pistons, camshaft, timing gears and oil pump
- Cooling system – radiator, water pump, thermostat, oil cooler and intercooler
- Manual & automatic transmissions – gears, shafts, clutches, torque converter and valve block
- Rear axles & drivetrain – crown wheel and pinion, half shafts, differentials, propshafts
- Turbocharger – internal components
- Retarder systems – internal hydraulic or electromagnetic failure
- Starter motor & alternator
- SCR / AdBlue & EGR components – key metering and control parts
- Casings – covered if damaged as a result of a covered failure
- Diagnosis – up to 1 hour as part of a valid claim
Wear and tear is excluded, and only the components listed are covered.
Truck Complete Cover
Our most comprehensive truck warranty, designed for maximum peace of mind. Complete Cover includes everything in Driveline Cover plus all other mechanical and electrical components, unless specifically excluded. It’s built for operators who want broad protection and extensive coverage.
What’s covered:
- All driveline components included as standard
- Additional mechanical & electrical systems not listed under exclusions
- Oil seals required as part of a valid repair
- Casings damaged due to a covered failure
- SCR / AdBlue & EGR systems excluding tanks, pipes and filters
- Diagnosis – up to 2 hours included with a valid claim
Complete Cover protects against sudden and unforeseen mechanical or electrical failure, excluding wear and tear.
What’s not covered both policies:
- Routine service and maintenance items (filters, oils, belts, brake friction materials, clutches)
- Bodywork, paint, glass and trim
- Tyres, wheels and batteries
- Exhaust systems, DPFs and catalytic converters
- Wiring looms and cables
- Pre-existing faults, neglect, misuse or accident damage
